Areosa was the first Jakobusland kitten who stayed at home. As kitten, she was a "frosted kitten", that is: the coat colour is frosted, and it makes difficult to see the real colour and pattern of the cat. It's a question of time that the "frosted" dissappears, but it will take some months, and sometimes the real colour appears after the first full coat changing. Three Areosa's kittens inherited the frosted from their mother (Diarada, Donide y Dombate). Areosa has a sweet and calm temper and she is an excellent mum. She inherited from his father her strong built and a really good coat quality. Areosa is a well balanced female, with nice head, straight profile, good forehead and strong chin. Areosa has had only one litter at the moment (D litter), resulting from the mate with "Admiral", one of the spectacular males owned by our Tsavo friends. We are very happy with the result; all the kittens have great qualities, the most charming temper and big size. |
